Order Processing Time

All products are custom manufactured according to customer drawings, samples, or specifications.

• Standard lead time: 5–15 business days
• Complex or large-volume orders may require additional production time
• Customers will be notified if any delays occur

Production starts after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

The shipping method will be selected based on order size, destination, and customer requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Package weight
• Package dimensions
• Destination country
• Selected shipping method

Shipping charges will be provided before shipment or displayed during checkout when applicable.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Suntron Plastics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once the shipment has been dispatched, customers will receive:

• Tracking number
• Carrier information
• Shipment status updates

Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged packaging/products
• Description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
