Zirconia (ZrO2) all ceramic bearings have the characteristics of non-magnetic, electrical insulation, wear resistance, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, oil-free self-lubricating, and high temperature and cold resistance. They can be used in extremely harsh environments and special working conditions that steel bearings cannot adapt to. When paired with a stainless steel cage or full ball, it can be used in high temperature environments above 450 ℃. Paired with PTFE or PEEK retainers, it can be used in temperature environments above 250 ℃.

Silicon nitride (Si3N4) all ceramic bearings have all the characteristics of zirconia ceramic bearings, as well as lightweight, high hardness, greater wear resistance, and higher temperature resistance. Can be used for higher speeds and load capacity, stronger acid-base chemical corrosion, as well as more harsh environments and special working conditions. When paired with full balls, it can be used in high temperature environments above 800 ℃. Paired with a stainless steel cage, it can be used in temperature environments above 450 ℃. Paired with PTFE or PEEK retainers, it can be used in temperature environments above 250 ℃.
