Product Description
Suntron PEEK ball bearings are designed according to DIN 625 standards and can rotate at high speeds. They are mainly used to withstand radial loads, and in some special cases, they can rely on the ball tightly against the edge of the groove to absorb some axial forces. Our deep groove ball bearings do not require any additional lubrication. Like other ball bearings, Suntron plastic ball bearings consist of four parts: outer ring, inner ring, cage, and ball, and their applicability is mainly determined by the materials of the inner and outer rings. Ball bearings are made of stainless steel, glass, PI,POM, Ceramics.

Tolerance: The tolerance of inner and outer diameters depends on the size of the bearing. Due to the fact that the rings of the bearings are made by CNC, they are typically approximately ± 0.01mm in nominal size.
