This crowned PI guide roller is designed for semiconductor, cleanroom, LCD conveying, and precision automation systems requiring stable motion performance and low particle generation.

The outer ring is precision CNC machined from high-performance PI material with a crowned profile for smooth guiding and reduced edge stress during operation. The inner ring is manufactured from precision machined PEEK, combined with injection molded PEEK cage and ZrO₂ ceramic balls for excellent wear resistance, low friction, and stable rotational performance.

The material combination provides excellent dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and reliable operation in high precision and cleanroom environments.
