ESD UHMWPE Guide Roller for Cleanroom Transfer Systems

Designed for precision motion and material handling applications, this ESD UHMWPE guide roller combines low-friction engineering plastic construction with a compact dual-bearing design for stable and reliable operation.

The inner and outer rings are precision machined from ESD UHMWPE, providing excellent wear resistance, low friction and electrostatic control. A nylon cage and ZrO₂ ceramic balls support smooth rolling performance while reducing the use of metallic components in sensitive equipment.

An integrated threaded mounting stud allows the roller assembly to be installed directly into automation and transfer mechanisms.
