Precision PI Ceramic Bearing for Cleanroom Motion Systems

This crowned outer ring PI ceramic bearing is specially developed for semiconductor, LCD glass handling and precision automation applications requiring low particle generation and high dimensional stability.

The outer ring is precision machined from high-performance Polyimide (PI), featuring a crowned profile design that improves guiding stability and reduces edge stress during operation. Combined with zirconia ceramic balls and a precision PEEK cage, the bearing provides smooth rotation, chemical resistance and excellent performance in cleanroom and vacuum environments.

Suitable for high temperature, non-metal contamination sensitive and precision guide motion systems.
