HDPE/PP/UHMW-PE (UPE) acid alkali resistant plastic bearings

UPE, HDPE, and PP materials have good wear resistance and low-temperature application characteristics, and can be used in relatively weak acid-base cross environments. They have the oil-free self-lubricating and magneto electric insulation properties of general plastic bearings, and are suitable for most acid/alkali/salt/solvent/oil/gas and seawater corrosion environments. However, these types of plastic bearings have low mechanical strength, are prone to deformation, and are not suitable for large loads and high speeds. Among them, UPE material has the best wear resistance and low temperature resistance among known plastics, with long-term continuous use temperature ranging from -150 ℃ to 90 ℃.
